Returns & Right of Withdrawal
At ALOHA SUNSET, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, you may do so in accordance with this Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and have placed an order through the ALOHA SUNSET online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the Online Withdrawal Form, available in the relevant section of our website.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all accompanying items.
ALOHA SUNSET reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned if their protective seal has been removed or if they have been used after delivery.
Products made or ordered according to the customer's individual specifications are also non-returnable.
4. Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us before using it.
Once the issue has been verified, ALOHA SUNSET will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to withdrawal or a change of mind, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If the return is due to an incorrect shipment or a confirmed defective product, ALOHA SUNSET will cover all return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, this Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy will apply.
